The Mispa FAB 120 by Agappe Diagnostics is a high-performance, fully automatic random access clinical chemistry analyser engineered to deliver precision results at an economical cost per test. With a throughput of up to 120 tests per hour and a comprehensive test menu spanning 28 clinical chemistry parameters and 20 immunoassay parameters, it handles routine biochemistry, liver and renal function, lipid profiles, cardiac markers, and specific proteins all from a single platform. The Full-Sealed Matrix Spectrometric System (FMSS) with 8 wavelengths (340–670nm) and a Halogen Tungsten lamp with water cooling ensures optical precision and long lamp life, while the built-in degasser eliminates dissolved gas interference for guaranteed accuracy.
The 40-position reagent carousel with 24-hour onboard cooling and the 40-position sample disk with STAT priority ensure uninterrupted, flexible workflow. A multifunctional probe with liquid level detection, vertical collision protection, and real-time reagent volume monitoring safeguards both samples and the instrument. The eco-friendly design minimises water (< 1.8L/hour), auxiliary reagent, and power consumption — making the FAB 120 as cost-efficient as it is clinically capable. Bi-directional LIS connectivity, a touchscreen all-in-one PC, and Westgard multi-rule QC complete a thoroughly professional package.
